Cashier that clearly don’t know their job.
Ordered over £25 worth of food and travelled 10 miles to collect because they don’t deliver to my area , I always use this Chinese and have done for years . Upon getting home and unpacking my order it was wrong my chicken came dry with no sauce .( This went in the bin) I rang them back and they offered to replace my order, I gave the cashier my name like she asked and I’ve gone to order tonight to be told I did not order my food from them and that there isn’t anything written down to say I’d complained and would not replace my order . I will be going in to speak to the cashier this week to see why she’s lied . Do not order from this Chinese as they’re utter scammers with extremely poor customer service. You’d be better off flushing your money down the toilet .
I highly recommend Master Chef who I went to this evening for my meal and it was excellent quality and can’t believe I haven’t used it so far .
